Issay Rojas Velasco nace en el Estado de México un 29 de enero de 1986, Fue miembro activo del Club Fotográfico de Mexico (2008-09). Cursó el diplomado de Fotografía Digital en Laboratorio Mexicano de Imagen (2009) , un taller de Maquillaje y caracterización FX en Gimnasio de Arte (2012). Es egresado de la ENAP -(2009-13), inclinándose hacia el lenguaje de la fotografía y videoarte. Ha participado en más de 15 exposiciones colectivas de varias disciplinas, videoarte, instalación, fotografía y escultura. Actualmente participa en el proyecto “Esquizofrenia, arte y locura” del Hospital Psiquiátrico Samuel Ramirez Moreno.
